Currently reading.....

I am currently reading Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens as well as The Peach Cobbler Murder by Joanne Fluke. Something old and something new. So far I am enjoying both reads.

I finished Chocolat. I will post my review later this week.

Met Joanne Fluke yesterday at a book signing for The Cherry Cheesecake Murder. I am still mortified over what came out of my mouth. Cannot talk about it now. Will post it once I can laugh at myself...

I'm dying to hear what you said to Joanne Fluke!

By the way, do you like her books? I read one in December and it was horrible but she seems to have a big audience so maybe that one was just a fluke ;)

Yes...I am curious, too! I loved Chocolat--though I sort of liked the movie ending better. The movie was great, too.

I loved Chocolat I have go find that again. I always have the best intentions when it comes to reading classics, I have to get to some of them too.

Oliver Twist is one of my favorite Dickens! Have you read Nicholas Nickleby?

Hope all is well with ya, it's been three weeks since your last post.

Hi Iliana & Danielle - I will be posting it tomorrow. It's not so bad, now that I think about it ;)

Hi Lisa - so do I. I buy them, I look at them, and then I put them aside. I'm amassing a large collection of unread classics. I'm hoping to hit the lottery so that I can dedicate my days to them :)

Hi Matt - no I haven't. I've heard good things about it. Alas, my venture into Oliver Twist was halted by watching too many reality shows. What I've read so far is very good - I just have to get back on track with it :)
